Backpack Ministry

Backpack Ministry Members of Grace UMCLA donate backpacks with school supplies to the 4th and 5th graders at 54th Street School which is our community elementary school. This ministry demonstrates our commitment to provide children with the appropriate tools to kick-off their learning experience in a new school year. All backpacks are donated by members of the church, not corporate sponsors, and the supplies are lovingly packed at church. Then, the bags are blessed in our worship celebrations
