Adults and seniors 50 years of age and older are invited to join our 50+ Chair Exercise class held each Wednesday afternoon at 12:30-1:30 p.m. Chair Exercise allows you to increase your stamina and heart rate even if you cannot perform standing and jumping aerobic activities. The class meets in the Education Building Conference Center and is open to new participants each week. There is a nominal participation fee for each class. You do not need to be a member of Grace UMC to participate.
